You won't need to withdraw the request. Just go ahead and proceed with your filing whenever you're ready.

If you made payment when you filed for the extension, you'll need to enter that payment amount when you file your return. You'll see the option in the "Deductions and Credits" section under "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid". Look for the line for "Payment made with Extension".
