Why do I keep getting a request for $45 for my State return when I have already paid ONCE and confirmed the $% plus taxes is PENDING on my bank statement

Same here! Trying to get an answer is useless. Paid for TTax State and JUST PAID AGAIN in order to file.

SNAFU --Again! Same thing last year. Been a steady TTax custom/user for over 20 years. THIS BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK. I'm thru with TTax. Has to be some outfit in the same business with at list a smidgen of integrity and offering some semblance of HUMAN Support instead of a "Community" stiff arm or a chat with an incompetent agent who has no idea how to deal with BAIT & SWITCH filing fees.
