&lt;LI&gt;He/She had income of less than $4,150&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;He/She lived with you the entire year&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;He/She is&amp;nbsp;not claimed as a dependent by anyone else&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;He/She is not filing a joint return&lt;/LI&gt;
