Overbilled for Services

In reviewing my credit card purchses, I noticed that I was billed by Intuit *Turbotax for 3 charges
1 on Jan 30 for 63.59 (which I dispute)
2 on Feb 6 for 42.39 which is for Turbo Tax deluxe with $20 off per offer from Turbo Tax
3 on Feb 6 for 19.99 for Electronic filing.
Please explain the billing for $63.59 on Jan 30 and issue a credit since I never ordered this.

Disputed charge

I was unable to e file my return and had to mail the federal and state returns. The AGI which was entered correctly, but it kept coming up as incorrect and rejected the e file.. I was charged $26.66 on my credit card. I am requesting that charge be credited back to my Visa account.

@aespo1552 You will have to contact TurboTax support to get the state e-file charge either cancelled or refunded. Use the key words Billing Issue
