      <title>TT Desktop not accepting License code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have tried typing it manually with the same result.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, I uninstalled Windows 11 and I am now back to WIN 10 but getting the same result.&amp;nbsp; It's a puzzle.&amp;nbsp; I have 4 previous versions (2019-2022) installed on this computer and I have never had a problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so I called support yesterday.&amp;nbsp; the agent asked me for a serial number from my disk case.&amp;nbsp; I gave her the 6 digit number and she said I should check back after 15 minutes and it should be ok.&amp;nbsp; I didn't believe it but I did as she suggested and of course, it didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been looking though the error logs and I see these 2 errors that might be relevant to the problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"ERROR","message":"Error on reading product configuration data. Error message: Value cannot be null"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"ProductActivation","levelName":"ERROR","message":"Unable to validate product activation details with your computer."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone in Tech support at Turbotax could take a look at this it might help us solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
