      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you logging in with the same account you used to complete your 2018 return? If so, try clicking on Documents from the menu on the left. Choose 2018 and view the PDF of your return. AGI will be found on line 7 of your 1040.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to create a new account due to all of my information was under my son's name when I filed his taxes last year. I need to complete my 2020 taxes as I am behind. I have at least three UserIDs and PWs and cannot get into anything but my son's tax information. I don't know what to do. I did purchase the Deluxe package so that I could do the 2020 Federal taxes. Why is it that I cannot log in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do not "log on" to use the desktop software.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You download it to your own hard drive, open the program and use it from your own computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Online preparation and e-filing for 2018 and 2019 and 2020 is permanently closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;To file a return for a prior tax year&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you need to prepare a return for 2018, 2019 or 2020 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;and mail the return(s)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="p4"&gt;Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.&lt;/P&gt;
