Turbo tax is asking if any of my dependents are required to file a tax return. They are my daughters and divided up allocation amounts for 1095-A but not my dependents so how do I answer this question? They both earned enough money to file their own return but do I answer yes or no since they are not technically my dependents?

You would answer no since they are not your dependents, and you are not claiming them as such on your return. You would then allocate as much of the premiums as you choose, there is no set amount. There are parents who do not allocate anything to their children since they pay 100% of the premiums. Then there are parents who allocate whatever percentage to their children for their premium payment.
