      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you qualify (see below) you can file both Federal and State at no cost. If you do not qualify for the Free version then the Federal Deluxe version would be $59 and the State $59. You can try the Free version and if Turbotax finds you do not qualify, you can update to the paid version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="cgmt-modal__content--copy"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="cgmt-weight-demi body-02"&gt;If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free with TurboTax Free Edition.&amp;nbsp; A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules.
