    <description>Has anyone run into this error when trying to pay by credit/debit card and resolved it? I've tried different cards, web browsers and formats of my billing address but the errors persists. The credit/debit card companies said they didn't see any transaction requests, so the error must have occurred at the TurboTax end.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The billing department you need is located in Mountain time zone.&amp;nbsp; Call customer service after 9:00 AM and before 4:00 PM Mountain time and request to speak to the billing department.&amp;nbsp; They are open Monday through Friday and only department that can help you with that issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you both. I did speak with a TurboTax rep on the phone yesterday, but it didn't sounds like she is par of the billing department. &amp;nbsp;We spent ~ 1 hour trying different cards, browsers and computers at to no avail. I will ask for the billing department when I call again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you both. I did call TurboTax again today. I was told that there is no billing department to take my call but the agent who took the call eventually solved the problem by using a download version instead of the web version of TurboTax. The download version still gave me errors after I submitted my payment, but luckily this version allows the agent to process the payment at their end.&lt;BR /&gt;I hope TurboxTax will check and fix my account issues so that they won't make the payment process so unnecessarily&amp;nbsp;laborious if I still use TurboxTax next year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
