      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is not an upgrade to the Full Service Business online program from the TurboTax Business Edition software on your personal computer.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Full Service Business online is a separate TurboTax program -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/live/full-service/business-taxes/" target="_blank"&gt;https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/live/full-service/business-taxes/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you decided to use the Full Service Business you can either keep the Business Edition you paid for or you can request a refund.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/113"&gt;@DoninGA&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;the link to request a refund didn't load any form.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to purchase the desktop version and try it first.&amp;nbsp; Do you know if refunds can apply to purchases that aren't directly from Intuit, if I have the retailer's receipt?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
