    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax Online:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the following steps which may help clear the specific issue you are experiencing:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log completely out of Turbo Tax.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.&amp;nbsp; I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Second Stte Purchase Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I successfully, filed returns for Federal and the first state.&amp;nbsp; I'm now trying to purchase software for filing in a second state.&amp;nbsp; Everything worked well until I got to the point where a pop-up screen requested my mailing information.&amp;nbsp; That screen is so large I can't get to the blue "continue" button at bottom of the page.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea how to move or shrink the page to where that blue button can be selected.&amp;nbsp; BTW, I can drag the pop-up a bit above the top of my 26"screen to where a tiny bit of the blue continue button can be seen on the bottom but it immediately reorients back down as soon as I let go with the cursor, thereby pushing the blue button off the screen.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea how to shrink the pop-up page size.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
