Moving to a different state, working in a third

I worked in Wisconsin for six months, then moved to northern Indiana to work for an organization which is actually in very southern Michigan.

I obviously pay WI taxes, but do I pay IN or MI taxes, or both? How many states do I need to download for TurboTax Deluxe?

You will need to file a part-year Indiana and Wisconsin return. You will only pay tax the wages you earned in the state. You do not have to file a Michigan return if you did not work in Michigan- the location of the employer does not matter in most cases.
