&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A &lt;SPAN class="emphasis"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;personal representative&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; of an estate is an executor, administrator, or anyone who is in charge of the decedent's property.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The personal representative is responsible for, among other things, filing the final return for the decedent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
