Hi, I am under L2 for three year and currently on the fourth year of F1. Do I count as a resident?

Which one is your valid visa? Once you status changes from an F1 to a L2, your F1 visa is no longer valid.

As you have not been in the US for 5 years or part years on a F1 visa, you are still a nonresident for 2018.

TurboTax does not support nonresident returns.
