When can I expect to receive my TurboTax Advantage order?

TurboTax Advantage downloads for tax year 2019 will start releasing on November 5 and the CDs will be shipped between November 14 and 22. Check your order status here.

If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.

@Critter Yes this year is new. You get a code to install the CD which will also let you download the program so you don't need to call in anymore if you don't have a CD drive.

You PRE ORDERED the 2019 program in October so watch your email for the alert for when your download is ready (expected sometime in the next 10 days) or call support for assistance ... info on both is already posted in this thread. If you ordered the CD they will start being shipped about the 14th of this month.

However, before you get angry be aware that the first version of the program is not fully operational and will require many updates over the next 2 months. Do not count on the program to be accurate or that all the forms are working ( heck the IRS still has many of them still in a draft mode).

If you need to do 2019 tax planning you need to use the fully operational 2018 program using the What IF tool in the FORMS mode.
