Fidelity discount not being applied

According to Fidelity & Intuit, I should get a 100% discount on TT Premier. I've followed all the instructions, but no discount is being applied at all.

Did you sign into Turbotax from your Fidelity account? I'm rather curious as to how you got to the 100% offer from Fidelity. All I get is a 20% discount on the Fidelity website. Exactly what steps did you go through? Please reply as I sure would like to know. Thanks.

Yes - via the Tax Docs > Tax Services Offers path, and then logging into TT from there. Maybe it has something to do with Fidelity customer type, but I very clearly see a 100% discount offer (price of $0 from $89).

TT is not applying any discount for me though (?).

Was it for the Online version or the Desktop program? Maybe you are in the wrong one.

I get a prompt asking if I already have an online account or need to create one, so clearly not the Desktop version.

I'm not even getting the $20 discount applied, so something is broken.

Yeah...it was broken in January too..I ate the cost and ignored the issue...thought Fidelity/TTX would fix it eventually. But apparently, they didn't. (I've been getting either the discount...or Free from Fidelity for years...so I know how to link-thru the Fidelity pages to get it)

One poster indicated they could get it, but had to create a new Online account after being re-directed from the Fidelity site....Problem was...if you've already entered all your info in a different account, they had to start all over in the new account.

I have no idea if it actually works that way or not.

First go to fidelity website and search that promo of 30% on turbotax. Under that promo, there is a blue bar labeled as " save 30% on turbo tax" click that bar, it will direct you to the website of turbotax,

DO NOT SIGN IN on the right top , CLICK " GET STARTED" at the left bottom. Then follow up instruction to log in you turbo tax account and file . You will get discount.
