      <title>Purchasing state returns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have completed my 2022 Form 1040 on TT and started my state return. I need to download the West Virginia TT program. I clicked the button "Finish My State Taxes with Turbi Tax" and I am prompted that I have to save my return before continuing.&amp;nbsp; I click "OK" and the return is saved and I receive a message "Let's Complete Your Return On-LIne". I click "Continue" and get a screen to select the state I need to file. I select West Virginia and click "Continue", The payment procedure comes up and asks whether already have an account. I respond by clicking the "Sign In"&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is where my problem begins. The program does not let me enter my e-mail&amp;nbsp;address nor my password. I click in the Email space, a blinking line appears but nothing that I type is entered. I knao there is something&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt; am forgetting to do but cannot remember what it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please help.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My issue is not that the state return won't download. It is that when I get to the point to pay for the state return, I find that I cannot enter either my id or my password in the boxes on the screen to open my account. Please help me resolve this problem so that I can complete my state return and file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the exact same problem with turbo tax premier for 2022.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I need to purchase an additional state return for KY after filing the included OH state return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; There are repeated problems with purchasing this return online through the online program.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;These is no help available to solve this with one month away from the filing deadline.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I need to solve it now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
