Do I need to cut the paper I got my W2 in? It has 4 copies (copy A, copy B and copy 2) on one sheet of paper. Do I need to cut a quarter of the sheet and only submit copy B by mail or should I sent the entire sheet with 4 copies.

Attach ONE copy of the W-2 to your federal return. If you are mailing a state return, attach one copy to the state return. Keep the other ones for your own records---do not lose them.

Thank you. So should I cut the W2 sheet I have into 4 pieces and just submit one copy?

Yes----use some scissors and cut it into four copies. Send one with federal and one with state. Keep the extra ones for yourself. One of these days you are going to want to look at it---and guaranteed you will need it if you toss it in the trash....cuz that's how life works....
