Efiling STATE MN return

I'm an ADVANTAGE member. Means that I pay extra in November to have a CD mailed to me. This year TY22, I tried to efile my State MN return on February 28th (day before the efile fee changes from $19.99 to $24.99), but the TurboTax Deluxe program now tells me that I can't efile my return until March 15th. Tells me that I'm now going to have to pay the higher fee, even though I was ready on February 28th.

You do know that you could print and mail your MN return and totally avoid the state e-file fee, right?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Thanks, but it was more of a complaint for TurboTax. First they tell you fees are going up on March 1st, then they tell you you can't file until March 15th. I did print it and brought it in by hand to the MN Dept of Revenue across from Regions Hospital today.
