How do I fix rejected return IND-901

I am trying to amend my deceased father’s return as he got an unexpected 1099-DIV after the return was filed. I’m not able to open the rejected return in turbo tax

No. It was rejected with code IND-901 after I submitted the amended return. I can no longer open the rejected return. I’m only given the option to download and print.

Reject code IND-901 indicates that the IRS and the Social Security Administration have flagged the social security number on the return as a deceased taxpayer and are requiring that the return be mailed in in order to prevent identity fraud. You will have to mail the tax return.
