It won't let me e-file with my debit withdrawal date of 4/15/2019, and asks me to fix my date. How can I pay on time (it's still 4/15 currently)?

Leave it blank, it will default to today.

Yes, but today's date in there is causing it to kick back the error that it won't allow e-file unless the date is at least a day away, ie, tomorrow. Only other option it gives is to mail in the return and I suppose a check. I've e-filed and direct e-check paid on 4/15 before and have not had this error before. Grr.
