Buyer beware! Prominent in their website, they offer a 60 day refund guarantee of satisfaction.

When I used the online software, I went to proof read the 1040, and was required to pay the 119$ because of HSA, complicating a "simple return"... I found a mistake in the 1040, and have tried to correct it, but it will not let me alter my inputs, even though I have not filed the return. I'm not happy with the product in any way, so initiated the 60 day refund. NO! You can only ask for a refund if you purchased a CD hard copy of the software. NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE TURBOTAX AFTER YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY UP TO SEE THE RETURN.

What a scam! I should have seen it coming with so much time wasted by the program trying to up sell me during the input process.
