Thanks for the reply but unfortunately that’s not entirely correct. I didn’t use the “free” product, i paid for my federal and state returns- so I believe i should have access.

I have tried connecting 100 times during this time frame you mentioned and the totally useless chatbot just keeps showing “not available “ or keeps asking same questions over and over again. It’s extremely frustrating

The question i have is for a particular tax situation and for obvious reasons I won’t be posting details here on public forum. While I appreciate the replies, but unfortunately these are irrelevant to the original question asked. I just needed to know if there is any way to talk to a real human at Turbo Tax? The online cha-bot is useless and never connects to any agent, regardless of whatever time of the day you try.

if the answer is “no, turbo tax” has no real human reps, than it’s fine. The chat-bot should state (or admit) the same.

Automated woman is a **bleep** and will never let you speak to a human...been with them forever...had to use tax guy last yr and tried to do e-file. Took my $, but can't e-file. .Done with em, take $78 , but never go back.
