When filing IRS form 709 (Gifts) do you return all of the schedules, or just the actual form?

Print and mail all 5 pages.

File the entire form including schedules. You have to mail it. TurboTax does not support that form.

Thank you all for your answers. One more follow-up question please: Schedule A for this form only has room for 4 gift declarations. I assume that if I have more than 4 that I need to attach an extra Schedule A. Is that correct?

Attach an additional statement and note that the statement is attached on the last line of Schedule A (e.g., see additional statement).

Again, many thanks for clearing this all up. I've done my own taxes for years (both with and without TurboTax) and I have to say that Form 709 and its instructions are the most confusing and poorly-crafted pieces of work I've ever encountered. I'm very happy to have the resources of this community available.
