calcualted refund does not match overpayment

Desktop 2022 version. Viewing the PDF of my forms, Overpayment (line 34)=$700, but "refunded to you" (line 35a) is $614. Why the difference? Desktop version purchased online with credit card, so shouldn't be subject to any fees associated with using the online version.

Is there an estimated tax penalty on line 38?
Is there an amount on line 36 to be applied to your 2013 tax?
Either of those comes out of the total overpayment on line 34.

Is the box on line 35a checked indicating that Form 8888 is attached? That would indicate that you might be using part of your overpayment to purchase savings bonds.

Yes I found an estimated tax penalty on Line 38 I had no noticed before. Re-ran TT to change the date of ES & it reduced it a bit but not to the $700 overpayment. BUT understand why & I've learned a lesson! THANK YOU.
