Import broker statement Merrill Lynch failed

Tried importing statements today, after I see that Merrill has posted my tax reporting statements online. Import into TT desktop Home and Business failed, with message stating "Response from Merrill - Merrill Edge. There Is No Reportable Year-End Tax Data Related To Your Merrill Lynch Login Id."

When did they post the 1099? This can happen if they were recently posted, as it can take 3 days or longer before you can import it into Turbo Tax.
