      <description>Not all states have the option to pay that way. However, reading the website for VA taxes, it's really not all that clear to me if you can do it your way. I get the impression you can. But having only perused the page, it's not clear for me. However, to reduce late payment fees you can just go to &amp;lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="&lt;A href="https://tax.virginia.gov/payments&amp;quot;&amp;gt;https://tax.virginia.gov/payments&amp;lt;/a" target="_blank"&gt;https://tax.virginia.gov/payments"&amp;gt;https://tax.virginia.gov/payments&amp;lt;/a&lt;/A&gt;&amp;gt; and make your 2018 tax payment there.</description>
