      <description>&lt;P&gt;Entered all my information for 1099R however I keep getting this error to fix asking me to fill out "Pension, Annuities and IRA worksheets TP: Part D, Line 2 must be entered" &amp;nbsp;I do not have any information for line 2 nor have we taken a lump sum distribution. &amp;nbsp;Don't understand how to fix this error. &amp;nbsp;We receive a monthly distribution from IRA account no lump sum distribution or conversion to Roth 401K. &amp;nbsp;Please help resolve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like the box on line D1 somehow got marked.&amp;nbsp; If you can't figure out how to unmark that box, I suggest deleting and reentering the Form 1099-R.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
