Error Message when attempting to transmit Efile

Hello,

I'm attempting to transmit my EFile for 2021 Federal and State (CA) tax returns, and I get this message when I click the " Transmit Returns Now" button:

Refund Transfer payment method isn't available right now. To finish e-filing your return, select the option to pay with your CC or try again later."

Tutbotax has shut down e-filing for 2021. the return will have to be mailed in

OK. One more question. Is there somewhere I can see what forms exactly need to be mailed in? I have over 300 pages of documents when I download the return and everything else. Some of it doesn't even seem relevant. Is there a list of what is definitely needed for both Fed and State? Thanks.
