Which year do I include jury duty

I was on a jury in 2022, however, the check for payment was sent and dated in 2023. Do I claim the jury duty as income in 2022 or 2023?

Report in the tax year it was received.

@Bsch4477 is correct. Report the jury duty in 2023.

Jury duty pay is considered taxable income and should be reported on your tax return. Some courts will mail you a 1099-G or 1099-MISC to report the payment, but many courts don't mail anything at all.
