1099 misc income shows in business income section and in personal income section. Deleting one, deletes both, are they linked, how can I fix so not double entering?

I was told by an adviser to delete the least correct set of entries, but this deletes the income entered in the business section as well. It seems like this is double dipping on the income.

ONLY enter them in the BUSINESS tab under the Sch C section and do NOT enter them again in the PERSONAL tab.
