I use my sister card to pay for this so she can do my tax. It will not let us in it tell me I didn't pay for it

I try to use my service number it tell me it not right one. I have try for day having to get answers . What do I do.

For your safety, please do not enter any of your personal information on this public internet forum. Is the form of payment you are trying to use being declined? Could you please clarify what you mean by service number?

What did you buy? The Desktop CD/Download program OR the Online web version? By Service code do you mean the 16 digit License Code?
