Didn’t receive full refund

I sunbmited my taxes on February 26, 2023

thete we’re accepted on the 26 and the 30th of February. I got a refund amount of 856.56 through tpg products sbtpg llc. After fees we’re taking out($117) should still be getting $857.44 I saw last year people were having the same problem is that still the case. My house was robbed I’m waiting for my claim money I though my taxes would give me any problems I kinda need this money for bills.

Do you mean you filed in January? Today is February 23.....and you are saying you filed on February 26.

The difference between the amount of the refund you say you were supposed to receive and the amount you say you got is 88 cents. Or.....did you expect a refund of more than $1600----and received only the $856.56?

Have you checked the IRS refund site to see how much the IRS says it sent you? If you have not checked then look to see if the IRS reduced your refund for some reason.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Yes I submitted my tax return on January 26.
my tax return was for $1575 I take the fee out ($117) my refund amount is $1458. Subtract what I already got ($856.56) I’m still owed $601.44

ive done my calculations I know last year people had the same problem with tpg products sbtpg llc. An expert wrote that with 1-2 business most people got the rest of there refund I just want to make sure it’s the same for this year?

Please see this Help Article for possible reasons as to why your refund was less than expected.

You will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Refund Tracker to check on your refund.

So you’re telling me since I filed under 0$ turbo tax that I being charged $117 by turbo tax and then $78 also by turbo tax? And then being charged 84.24 bank/other fees plus 6.24 in state tax product when I don’t get any state tax refund. Why am I being charge twice by turbo tax plus tpg fees that I didn’t get any notice for. And they only got 979.56 out of the $1575 my refund amount was for. Where is the 595.44
