I am trying to download 1099 div and int data from Fidelity. On entering my Fidelity username and password, I get an error message from turbotax: "This import was unsuccessful. We recommend checking your internet connection and trying again....." Does anyone know how to get around this problem? I don't want to enter the information manually, since it involves lots of entries.

Assuming you have reverified that the username and password you are entering are the ones you are using to access Fidelity, then it is suggested you contact Fidelity and discuss this issue with that entity.
