2022 1040x e-file

I'm using the online version and am trying to amend my 2022 return. Yes, I already submitted my return and yes I screwed it up. After I fill out the amendment (I added missing 1099s), there is no choice to then e-file or print the 1040X. Do I need to pay more to amend my return?

You can e-file your 2022 1040-X. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for information on amending your tax return and steps to follow for success.

I already read that FAQ. After I go through the amendment process to amend my 2022 return it sends me to the next step which is filing a state tax return which I don't need. If I click print, the only way it lets me move forward is if I pay for state taxes. There is no choice for filing my 2022 amendment.

That thread was not helpful. When I'm done with my amendment, it takes me to the below screen. I am not doing my state taxes on here. And there's no way to e-file my amendment.

And if I try to print my amendment, I get the below page. I don't understand why I would need to pay again.
