Federal tax return forms are missing when trying to print tax returns

I'm using turbotax home+business Desktop version for 2022 tax return. After finishing review and entering all information under "File" tab, I'm trying to print my federal return forms and state forms. After clicking on "Print Return", I can only see and download state returns, and I don't see federal return. The pdf file contains 39 pages, first 14 pages are some forms like Form 8995 & tax history, and the 15th page is
"File by Mail Instructions for your 2022 California Tax Return Important: Your taxes are not finished until all required steps are completed", and I think it indicates the beginning of state forms. In this case where do I find federal forms and how do I know which forms I need to include as federal return? I need to print those federal forms and mail the returns, as e-file is not applicable to me, thanks.

Thanks MichelleLO, I followed the exact same steps in this link and during preview it will only allow me to print/save state form. However I just found the workaround by only selecting mail federal and do not mail state at beginning, so I can print them one by one. Thanks
