      <description>&lt;P&gt;Prior to your response I attempted a number of solutions. I tried resolving the issue through Window Live, I rebooted my system, I downloaded the file from Turbo in addition from the CD. Nothing worked. Eight hours later I attempted to load again, and it worked....no rational reason but it worked. The issue is resolved for me at least.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
