When is Reject Code F8960-019-04 issue going to be fixed?

My tax return was rejected with Reject Code F8960-019-04 and TurboTax has not provided instructions as to what this rejection is and when is it going to be fixed. Does anyone know if Reject Code F8960-019-04 has been fixed?

This issue will be resolved on February 19, 2023. On or after this resolution date, you may resubmit this return for electronic filing.

Hello!

I got that rejection status yesterday and also one for my NC state filing (because IRS rejected). Made no changes to my filing and today (2/19/23), I submitted at 12:40 et and it went through the IRS. Awaiting NC, but I am hoping this IRS situation has been resolved.

Thank you for the nudge!!!! I resubmitted and have just received my acceptance confirmation from the IRS. I'm still waiting on a notice from VA.

For any others who may be in this predicament.... When I reopened my return I was still getting the message saying that it will be resolved today. I had to ignore that and to back to the efile section to resubmit. I would have thought that the rejection page would have indicated that there was a fix and point me in the right direction. Thanks again for the nudge!!
