With the new percentage rates changing in Arizona for 2023, how do i know how much I should be withholding. I have been unable to find a conversion table. I have been withholding 3.6% previously, so i am wondering what would be equal to that with the new withholding percentages. 2.5%? 3%? any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since the new rates are 2.55% and 2.98%, 2.5% to 3% is just about right.

The new default rate is 2%, which is a bit low unless you have a low income or lots of dependents. Click here for more about this issue.

Thanks Julie, i appreciate it! i am over $50,000 a year, so i think 3% should be about equivalent? I only have 1 dependent, but myself and his mother switch off years who gets to claim him. I think ill go with the 3% then.
