I am trying to enter a 1099-R and 1099-INT but keep getting a blank page instead of being able to manually enter it. Anyone know how to enter these forms?

It says that it will save time by importing and organizing the investments, but when I click continue it goes to a blank page.

You might want to switch to "View Forms" to manually enter them. Also right click to "override" the wrong info to correct it.

TurboTax does not import all forms, only the firms that they have partnered with for importing. Most people do not have access to Forms mode since most use TurboTax Online and cannot enter the information into the forms.

Here are the instructions to follow to add the 1099-R into TurboTax Online:

Open your return
Search for 1099-R in the upper right corner and select the Jump to link in the search results
Answer Yes on the Did you get a 1099-R? screen (If you land on the Review your 1099-R info screen instead Add Another 1099-R
Answer questions until you get to the import screen
Type it in yourself, select Change how I enter my form,
Then you can type the information into your tax return

For the 1099-INT:

Open your return
Search for 1099-INT in the upper right corner and select the Jump to link in the search results
Answer Yes on the Did you get a 1099-INT? screen (If you land on the Review your 1099-INT info screen instead Add Another 1099-INT
Answer questions until you get to the import screen
Type it in yourself, select Change how I enter my form, and continue through
