It is $39 for the TurboTax Deluxe online edition and there is an additional charge of $39 if you need a state tax return. If you chose to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund the service charge for that option is $39.

No one in the user forum has the ability to do anything to your fees. You can make some choices yourself. If you pay your $39 fee upfront using a credit or debit card now, then you can get rid of the $39 refund processing fee.
