downloading 1009-R

I am trying to enter my account number and 11 digit document number, per Raymond James tax documents. But Turbo Tax continue to give me errors on needing to enter my 11 digit document number without spaces. How do I get past this error?

Make sure you are entering the account number and document ID manually and not copying and pasting it. If the suggestions in the above thread do not resolve the issue, you may need to enter your 1099 manually.

What if I can't import my 1099?
