In order to assist you further, we will need to obtain a bit more information. First, have you confirmed that the primary taxpayer's name matches the account holder's name for Credit Karma? Also, may I ask what version of TurboTax you are using? Online/App/Desktop? If you are using the Online version, which internet browser are you working in? I am also having a problem locating my 2020 tax returns. I used the Credit Karma tax return service for 2020. I can not find tax return documents of any kind on the Credit Karma site, and the Turbotax is stating that I did not file with them in 2020 (technically true). Where am I supposed to find my 2020 tax return documents?

You would need to reach out to Credit Karma for access to your 2020 tax return.

If that does not work for you, you can order a tax transcript from the IRS using the link provided below:
