STATE REJECTION CODE HICR-001 HOW TO FIX ?????

SUBMITTED MY STATE TAXES HAWAII AND CALI, ADDED MY CA TAXES TO HAWAII EFILEING AND GOT THIS CODE HICR-001. DOES THE DOC NEED TO SAY A CERTAIN TITLE AND 1040 ? OR DOES IT NEED TO BE MAILED.

Hawaii wants you to attach your California return to the efile. TurboTax attaches the federal return but not the non-resident state returns. Unfortunately, this is one of those "you have to print it and mail it" things.

Thank you, I tired many times to upload the non- resident CA form to my documents and resubmit the tax return and continue to get rejected
