      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only state in which you can claim a credit for an unborn child for 2022 is Georgia.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you are anywhere else, you will claim your child next year on the 2023 tax return that you prepare and file in 2024.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
