I have yet to receive my tax refund for 2021. I called the IRS and they confirmed they deposited to my Chase account, but Chase confirmed they never received it. IRS has done 6 months of investigation and said I need to call TurboTax because my payment is most likely stuck with Green Dot Bank, who I can't get in touch with a human being either. The IRS said they can't do anything for me at this point, only someone at TurboTax or Green Dot Bank can help. I need to speak with someone in support at TurboTax so you can tell me where my money is. Is there anyone who can help?

I'll pay for PLUS in order to speak to somebody about my 2021 returns and how TurboTax is wrongfully holding my money from me. How do I do it?
