      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did follow your suggestions.&amp;nbsp; Still not working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The 1099 import service for E*TRADE is currently unavailable. Please try your import again in a few hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I get the same message.&amp;nbsp; Why am I paying for this service.&amp;nbsp; It would be faster just to fill out a return by hand.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
