After years of using TurboTax and being very happy with it, this year I have nothing good to say about it. I need help with the software and there is no phone number to call or email to right to. I don't need tax advise, I am having difficulty with the software. I posted a question 4 days ago and have received no answers. Either I get support for the software issue or I will demand my money back, never use TurboTax again and will publiciize on all social media how bad TurboTax has become.

If you used the 2018 Online or Downloaded versions then you can buy the 2019 Online or Downloaded versions and transfer the 2018 info to the 2019 program. For the Online version you must log into the same account used in 2018 for the transfer to happen automatically.
