Can't flag topic

I'm using TurboTax 2022 Home and Business for Mac. I'm trying to flag a topic to come back to it later but when I click on Flags in the menu bar, Flag This Topic is grayed out. I've also tried clicking the + sign in the Flags box on the topic page and that also doesn't work. TurboTax says I'm using the most recent version

I have administrator rights on my Mac and full access. That doesn't solve the issue.

Please follow the instructions here to remove and reinstall the software, as this can resolve the issue.
