You can try deleting that worksheet since you don't need it. Follow these steps:

Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
Click on Tools
Look under Other Helpful Links and choose Delete a form

Look for the Educator Smart Wks and delete it.

Having the same issue and can not get rid of it. Tried what you said and there is no Educator Smart wks in delete a form. Saw it was part of form 760 and deleted that but even then it's still there preventing me from filing

Please try to file now, as there was an update to the software last night to help resolve the issue. @imolland @Kliz98
